- No high ratio aspect sections.
- Minimum wall thickness: 0.032".
- Near uniform wall thickness required (2:1)
- Maximum circumscribing circle diameter: 2 1/8".
- Maximum cut length not to exceed 14' - 0" (168").
- Minimum cut length for heavier sections desired in lengths: 4' - 0" (48").
- Length formula for heavier sections (5.65 lbs (/) wt/ft of desired section) - 2' = max. length.
Limitations on Tubing
- Minimum wall thickness: 0.015" (dependent upon O. D.)
- Maximum inside diameter: 1.625"
- Maximum outside diameter: 3.250" (for Alloys 6061 and 6063)
