  • No high ratio aspect sections.
  • Minimum wall thickness: 0.032".
  • Near uniform wall thickness required (2:1)
  • Maximum circumscribing circle diameter: 2 1/8".
  • Maximum cut length not to exceed 14' - 0" (168").
  • Minimum cut length for heavier sections desired in lengths: 4' - 0" (48").
  • Length formula for heavier sections (5.65 lbs (/) wt/ft of desired section) - 2' = max. length.

Limitations on Tubing

  • Minimum wall thickness: 0.015" (dependent upon O. D.)
  • Maximum inside diameter: 1.625"
  • Maximum outside diameter: 3.250" (for Alloys 6061 and 6063)
